Wings are always good really like the atomic wings. That being said i have had 3 bad customers service issues so i will not be going back. And the independence store is to far of a drive. Really sucks cause the wings are good

Call to order food to go. Employee answers the phone. "Hold on one second." *put a me on hold. Couldn't have said, "Hello, WingStop, please hold." First time calling or going to this location. Won't try again. No matter how late! Called 30 minutes before close. Don't know if it was busy or just someone being unprofessional.

Always great chicken. Tried their cajun corn and it is delicious! Remodeled and clean with very friendly and professional staff. Edith waited on me.

this wingstop location has definitely gone down hill within the past year. ordered food online at 10pm (yes I know you close at 11) my boyfriend got there to pick up the food around 10:30 and the workers already had all of the lights off and the doors locked. they let my boyfriend in to get his food and immediately left as soon as he walked out, 25 minutes before they even close.... I get wanting to get out of work, but come on.

Food is good. Customer service is bad. Shouldn't take over 15 minutes to cook 8 wings. Obviously they take care of phone orders first. Been this way for awhile. Won't be back. Manager is rude. Didn't even try to please me.

I eat here at least twice a month. Every time it has been very clean in the restaurant and the staff have always been friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Chicken was to hard by the time I got home.

Fantastic location, with super friendly staff. The Lousiana Rub is particularly delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Would of gave it 5 stars, but they always get my takeout order wrong. The manager is courteous and fixes the issue everytime. Despite the mistakes, the wings are delicious.

No ICE ever in the soda machine... This place has gone down hill and fast.. I ordered my meal online and got harassed about my drinks. I got an 8 piece and a 10 piece meal both with drinks.. hello it's a MEAL..!! WELL they tried to argue so of course I showed my online recipe. After this sadly I got the last 20oz lids. A family that came in as I was waiting for my food they had three children. Who had drinks but no lids? She then asks for lids, he sat them down in front of her and walked off leaving her to open and surprisingly fill the lid contanor. What a joke.

Wings were excellent, as always, but there was a table of obnoxious teens singing and being rowdy. Employee obviously knew them, but did little to curtail their disruptive behavior.

Good wings, really like the honey mustard sauce.

Wing stop is all around chicken wings spot at it's best. You can never go wrong with any flavor rub to be honest. Service is good, but no trash can to throw trash away. Lol. Apart from that, delicious food which comes out fresh everytime. My favorite being the Louisiana rub is just packed with flavors and crunch at every bite. I love wing stop. The ultimate chicken experience!! Period!!

Horrible put in a small order and got forgotten a quick bite to eat turned into me not even wanting the slop they served...wrong sauce plus employees that looked like they need to change clothes and shower I definitely wont be back

Our family loves this place! Although they are on the small side, there wings are really good; and we love the fries - yum!!!

If you are sensitive to sodium stay away from this place. Everything we ate from the 7 different kinds of their chicken wings was caked in salt. I actually think the crunch to the wings was salt. Horrible horrible horrible. French fries were soggy. This establishment will never get my money again. $58.00 order and EVERYTHING had way to much salt on it, you couldn't even tell it was chicken. Very disappointed. Look elsewhere to eat.

Ordered boneless wings on-line however I did not notice the missing flavor until I returned home.Double check all orders for accuracy as the team was having difficulty meeting quality and consistency standards during my visit!

Yo this place could beat BWW in a fist fight, hands down. Their strips are bomb and their buffalo wings smack. The GM was a nice man, super personable. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordering online is easy peasy. The fact I suffer from severe T.D.S. (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and cannot face the real world. I can run in, grab my order, and run back to my safe space. Pour a big glass of soy milk and enjoy my Lemon Pepper wings. It's as hot as I can handle. Kind staff I guess. I've never looked them in the eye or stopped mumbling to myself long enough to find out.

This place is a joke now. The food was good like usual but it took 40 minutes for a dine in meal to be delivered. I understand that this place takes time to cook the meals but it was not ok. No courtesy. I wasn't looking to have my dinner bought but upon delivery the counter person was rambling on about how many boneless wings they had to drop at once. Fat man don't care. Just apologize and move on. Others waiting for carry out were sent on their way with treats. I don't need them because look at me but an offer to turn down would've been welcome.

Came in i was the only customer after i paid they told me 30 mins. I was upset but waited but instead it took 40 minutes i believe they are racist because new customers came in & out after me & no they didn't have call in or online ordering. never will i ever come back.. RACIST WINGSTOP

They don't wear gloves when they made my wings. Disgusting.

I had my grandson with me and we were going to go out to eat. I asked him where he wanted to go and this was his choice. I had never eaten there but it was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. They served food quickly and very hot.

I got bone in mild and Honey Bbq chicken wings. I thought the mild was tasteless while my friend said it tasted like it had Mangos in it. Fries were fresh and had too much seasoning sprinkled on them. Ill go back and give them another try. Service was good. Very respectful towards me. This is the only reason Ill go back and try them again.

Totally agree with wings being too salty. If cooked well-done (you have to ask for it), it gets rid of the saltiness. Just make sure they actually do it. I’ve had better luck with the Wingstop near Independence.

Wings are great and many different flavors, but wait times vary so much, making it easier to call in order then pick up. Anywhere between 5 minutes to 35 minutes.

I think the food is consistently great and I find every staff members to always be extremely friendly. Its a great location that I recommend and continue to order from.

Good but not fast minutes to get wings when no one is there

I really enjoy their mango habanero wings. They aren't as hot as some places, but they have a great flavor. They are faster than most places when it comes to wings. You cannot beat $.60 boneless wings.

Place has some of the best wings around, really good fries, love the sauces on the wings, nice to get dipping sauces also, but would like to see more options there. The service is always good. Dinning area is a little small, not always taken care of well. This trip we ordered online and took it home with us.

The food was fine. The dining room, however, was very cluttered. Bathroom, too.

Updated review. This location has really spiraled downhill. Every time I get DoorDash they don’t give them the drink so that’s 2$ gone right there. The voodoo fries are soggy every time. GET THEM CRISPY then add the sauce. They taste like mushy junk! The Wings never have sauce on them. It’s like they dipped them once and that’s it. I like sauce on them where they at least wet. there ain’t never sauce on the package they are in they so dry. Y’all gotta do some re hiring and training.

You know you think Wingstop you think meme wings I was really disappointed in the quality of the products that came out of this restaurant only because the restaurant was in such good condition although there were several employees and only one seem to be working

It’s a shame a bunch of people working at a chicken restaurant don’t know what EXTRA WELL DONE means. Don’t waste you time coming here if you want your order correct. The location on 40 highway is actually pretty good.

Whenever I order online the food is always hot a ready when I arrive for pickup!

I tied to wash my hands before eating lunch but the restroom was out of sope so I just left. I hate eating with dirty hands.

Takes way to long. Stood for 10 min before someone took my order with no other people in line. Then POS system was off so he didn't know what to do till I showed him where the power was. All in all took 35 min to place order then another 25 took cook wings. Wings were not covered very well. Really plan.

By far one of my best experiences at a Wing Stop location. Wings were fresh and well coated with sauce. Staff was friendly and attentive. Outstanding service!
